Return Policy

Conditions for returns, replacements, and quality-related claims on B2B peptide distribution orders.

Last updated · July 20, 2026

Overview

Because Primara supplies temperature-sensitive, lot-traceable pharmaceutical-grade compounds to verified B2B partners, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must comply with cold-chain, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Eligible return circumstances

  • Product received damaged in transit, with documented cold-chain deviation or visible container compromise.
  • Shipment error: incorrect SKU, strength, or quantity versus the confirmed order.
  • Documented quality concern tied to a specific lot, supported by batch records and Certificate of Analysis review.
  • Regulatory or import rejection directly attributable to Primara-supplied documentation errors.

Non-returnable items

  • Products that have left cold-chain control or been reconstituted, opened, or relabeled.
  • Custom white-label or private-label production runs manufactured to partner specifications.
  • Orders accepted without timely notification of discrepancy within the reporting window below.
  • Products returned without prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Reporting window

Notify Primara within five (5) business days of delivery for shipping damage or order discrepancies, and within ten (10) business days for lot-specific quality concerns. Contact support@primarahealthsciences.com with your order number, lot number (PHS-LOT), and supporting documentation.

Resolution

Approved claims may be resolved by replacement shipment, credit toward a future order, or refund at Primara's discretion. Return shipping instructions and disposition of product will be provided with your RMA. Primara reserves the right to inspect returned goods and review chain-of-custody records before issuing resolution.
