Catalog listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Quotes and orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance by Primara. Minimum order quantities, cold-chain requirements, and documentation obligations apply as specified in your partner agreement or order confirmation.

All content on this website, including logos, product photography, label systems, and documentation, is owned by Primara Health Sciences or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except as permitted for approved white-label partners under separate agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or portal. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms is limited to the amount paid by you to Primara for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
